From November 16, 2020, the Passenger Mobility Center (PMC) of the Moscow metro began working according to a new schedule: from 5.30 am to 1.00 am, from the early morning to the late night. Now passengers with disabilities can use the metro assistance service without time limits.

"Today, from the very morning, the inspectors of the Passenger Mobility Center have already been helping the disabled and people with limited mobility - the first was at 5:45 a.m., and by 7:30 a.m. we have already completed 9 requests!"

As a reminder, the Center provides assistance services in the metro and on the Moscow Central Circle for people with hearing impairments, vision impairments, low mobility passengers and the elderly. Assistance is carried out along the entire route - from the entrance to the station, in elevators, along stairs, escalators and station platforms, in train cars and to the exit from the station. From 2013 to the present, more than 800 thousand passengers with limited mobility have been served.
