This summer, the Black Sea beaches of Bulgaria will become accessible to tourists with disabilities. According to the Minister of Tourism of the country Nikolina Angelova, 44 beaches will equipped with removable trails and ramps. The Minister pointed that the creation of conditions and guarantees for equal treatment and full participation of people with disabilities in all spheres of public life is a priority of the government.

"After a series of meetings with public organizations of people with disabilities, we obliged the tenants of the beaches to equip them with everything necessary for recreation. Approaches to the sea and ramps will be installed, but the Black Sea coast does not allow it to be done on all beaches of Bulgaria, "the minister added.

In addition, to ensure the safety of holidaymakers with special needs, additional training will be provided for the rescuers who are on duty on the beaches.
